Development Associate II

This individual will serve as a technical resource for development and improvement projects. Identify and analyze new products or projects, as appropriate. Exercise discretion in the design and execution of experiments. Perform critical analysis of data, interpret results, and draw scientific conclusions.

Requirements: BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science with 2-5 years of experience. Product or process development and/or improvement experience. FDA regulated industry experience (preferred). Knowledge of current chemistry/analytical chemistry technology and methodology. Excellent hands-on lab skills with ability to make detailed observations. Experiences in synthetic chemistry, analytical method development, product development, and process improvement. Experience in semi-solid materials a plus. Capability of performing critical analysis of data and independent interpretation of results including using statistical analysis and trending. Ability to participate in multiple projects and effectively organize and prioritize workload.

Hours: Mon - Fri 4 1/2 or 5 day work week
