QC Senior Microbiologist

This individual will supervise QC microbiology staff and serve as an expert resource for the analysts. They will own gowning, cleanroom and water systems; ensure that staff is trained on microbiology methods; drive microbiology related corrective actions and validation testing; lead projects to improve lab efficiency; write water and cleanroom reports; schedule testing and coordinate microbiology resources.

Requirements: BS is Microbiology (or related life science) with a minimum of 5 years experience in microbiological lab applications. Leadership experience in the laboratory and minimum 3 years in GMP regulations. Hands on experience in quality control testing and/or troubleshooting out of specification results. Expertise with one or more of the following; endotoxin, sterility, bioburden testing and cleanroom protocol.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 4 1/2 or 5 day work week
